We also take on the physical lift. Sorting, staging, moving, and coordinating vendors can quickly become overwhelming. Our trained staff manages every step—carefully organizing belongings, researching and pricing items, and successfully conducting the sale and subsquent cleanout. Free Consultation & Planning

Our initial consultation is always free. We'll meet with you personally to assess your goals, timeline, and the scope of the estate, then map out a clear sale plan to meet your objectives and maximize the value of your estate.

Professional Valuation

As experienced appraisers, we will research and price items— from everyday goods to antiques, art, jewelry, and collectibles — to maximize the value we are able to obtain for your estate.

Appraisals

Accurate valuation is the backbone of good decisions. Our experienced appraisers research and document fair market values for household goods, collectibles, jewelry, art, and more. Whether you need guidance for probate, insurance, division among heirs, or planning a sale, we provide clear, independent reports and practical advice. You can count on our dedication to objective pricing and transparent methodology.​

Staging & Merchandising

We organize, clean, and display items to maximize appeal and value, creating a delightful, welcoming, and easy-to-shop environment. Our goal is to create a boutique-like shopping experience that showcases your belongings to their maximum effect.

Marketing & Advertising

Advertising on the leading estate sale advertising platforms and posting signage around the sale location is the bare minimum an estate sale company can do to market your sale.

 

We go above and beyond to maximize the number qualified buyers.  We create engaging social media promotions across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to attract a wide range of shoppers and leverage our extensive email mailing list of loyal, repeat customers to drive attendance and sales.

Estate Sale Management

We staff the sale (including providing security as needed), negotiate offers, process payments, and provide secure crowd and traffic control.​

To help facilitate payments, we accept 

Clear-Out & Donation Coordination

If desired, we will also organize and manage the post-sale removal of remaining items in an environmentally and socially responsible way.  From working with local charities to provide resources to those less fortunate in our community to minimizing the number of items that end up in a landfill, we will leave your home clean and ready for its next chapter, whatever that may be. And of course, we provide donation receipts upon request.​

Detailed Reporting & Prompt Payouts

We provide an itemized summaries of sale results and quick disbursement of proceeds once the sale and cleanout (if applicable) are concluded.​​
